Additional Information to Know
A Seller Information Sheet and Payoff Request form for current/open liens must be filled out and returned to our office via fax 757-654-5133 or email.
Other documentation may be required depending on types of ownership and residence status.
NOTE: Power of Attorneys CANNOT be used when title is held in the name of an Estate or Trust.
If participating in a 1031 Exchange, please provide the name and contact information so we can coordinate the documents and proceeds transfer. Effective January 1, 2018, 1031 Exchanges are no longer allowed on personal properties.

Call your various utility companies and let them know the date of settlement.
Each person named on the title must attend closing and bring photo identification.
